Lion’s mane, with the Latin name Hericium erinaceus, is a famous fungus that are both for food and traditional Chinese medicine. Oyster, the mushroom with big “leaf”, is a common mushroom now in Europe. But the oyster grown from our substrate is a little different from the most common one.
