Our king oyster substrate is imported from China. This is a typical Chinese substrate that is widely used in China by companies, individual farmers. With plastic bags instead of plastic bottles to make them, these substrates are easier to pack and transport to anywhere the clients want. Besides, these substrates with plastic bags are more flexible for fruiting, clients could put them vertically or horizontally, even slantingly according to the facilities in their own farms. With these plastic bags, it is possible to collect king oyster mushrooms from the top, the middle or the buttom. Actually, any where you make a hole on it, there will come the mushrooms.
Our king oyster substrates are ready to fruit, becasue they have already cultivated about 30 days in the incubation room. The management for our king oyster substrate is easy and simple. We could provide the key points for the whole procedure of fruiting – such as temperature, humidity, concentration of CO2 and the use of light. So it will not be difficult at all to harvest king oyster mushoom with our guildance. What the clients need to do is slightly adjusted the parameters according to the need of the local market for the king oyster as the consumers in different places may prefer king oyster mushroom with different size and shape. For example, consumers like king oyster with long, fat stem but consumers in Europe are used to small king oyster with bigger cap.
The standard procedure for one batch lasts 18~20 days, and 350 ~ 450 gram high quality king oyster could be collected from one substrate.
